Meet Alexis

I didn’t just study health—I lived the breakdown. At one point, I was 50 pounds heavier, exhausted, and struggling with gut issues, hormone imbalance, and chronic inflammation. I tried every fix the internet offered… but nothing worked until I started listening to my body.

 

That’s when everything shifted. I began healing through plant-based nutrition, nervous system support, and sustainable, science-backed tools—and I finally felt like me again.

 

Now, as a board-certified health coach, I help others do the same—gently, holistically, and with real results that last.
