Kings and Queens eat this avocado toast
In children's books Kings and Queens have always been depicted with big feasts and usually with a whole animal lying on the table. But I'm here to tell you, you don't need a wild boar with an apple in it's mouth to feel like royalty. Making this avocado toast at home will do just the trick, because we're fancy! Somedays you might want to smash an avocado on toast, throw on some everything but the bagel seasoning, and call it a day. But other days I challenge you to treat yourself like the King or Queen you are and have fun making your avocado toast! You can mix and match flavors, textures, colors, and eat the rainbow. I promise you'll leave feeling happier, healthier, and like you can rule the day.

1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp paprika
A drizzle of olive oil

3. Cut avocado in half, then peal. Slice into small slices then lay on top of toasted bread, pressing down to fan it out.
