That's a lot of chicken wings
Super Bowl Sunday is right around the corner and this year we're making these buffalo cauliflower bites. According to the World Food Program, in 2020, American's consumed roughly 1.3 billion chicken wings. That is a whopping 325 million chickens that are farmed just for a three and a half hour game.
This year try opting for cauliflower bites instead! They are packed with the same punch but it takes 93% less water to grow cauliflower rather than chicken so you'll be making the more environmental, humane, and nutritious choice!
