Almond Carrot Top Pesto

Ingredients

1 cup almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 kiwi
4 strawberries diced
1 tsp coconut flakes
1 tsp raw honey

Preparation

1. Add milk, vanilla, and chia seeds to a glass. Mix until combined.
2. Plane in fridge to harden, 4 hrs or longer.
3. Add kiwi, strawberries, coconut, and honey to glass and enjoy!
