Made with gluten, dairy, and refined sugar-free ingredients and loaded with protein, these bonbons are the perfect sweet treat for any occasion. Almond Carrot Top Pesto

Ingredients

1 cup oat flour
1/4 cup Earth Chimp vegan chocolate protein powder
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup honey
1 cup chocolate chips (try Hu chocolate sugar free)
1 tsp coconut oil

Optional toppings:
Flaky sea salt
Crushed candy cane
Nuts
Sprinkles

Preparation

1. Mix flour, protein powder, coconut, peanut butter, and honey into a bowl. It should still have a somewhat crumbly texture.
2. Melt chocolate with coconut oil in the microwave or on the stove.
3. Roll bonbons into the chocolate, place on a lined baking sheet, and top with candy cane, flaky sea salt, or other toppings.
4. Place in fridge and let cool.
