Almond Carrot Top Pesto

Ingredients

1 container crumbled feta 4 oz. (can swap vegan)
1 minced clove of garlic
1 container greek yogurt 5.3 oz. (can swap vegan)
1 tsp red pepper flakes
5 sprigs fresh thyme
4 tbsp cranberry jam (recipe on site)
2 tbsp chopped pistachios
Zest of half an orange
Crackers as desired

Preparation

1. Add feta, garlic, yogurt, red pepper flakes, and thyme to a food processor. Blend until smooth and fully combined, roughly 3-4 minutes.
2. Add spread to a plate, then top with jam, pistachios, and orange zest.
3. Place crackers around round dish to create a wreath!
