Almond Carrot Top Pesto

Ingredients

1 bag of chopped kale
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp nutritional yeast

Preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. In a bowl, combine the kale, olive oil, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and nutritional yeast. Mix until the kale is thoroughly coated with the seasonings.
3. Spread the kale in a single layer on a lined baking sheet, ensuring the pieces are not overlapping.
4. Bake for about 20 minutes or until the kale turns crispy, but be cautious not to let it brown.
5. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the kale chips cool for 10 minutes to achieve maximum crispness.
