Almond Carrot Top Pesto

Ingredients

1 slice of bread, toasted
2 tbsp vegan Greek yogurt
1/4 cucumber, thinly sliced
1 tsp capers
1 tsp fresh dill
Juice of 1/4 lemon
Sprinkle of red pepper flakes

Preparation

1. Toast a slice of bread until golden brown and crispy.
