Ingredients
10 dates
1/4 cup peanut butter
8 walnuts
1/2 cup vegan chocolate
1 tsp coconut oil
Pinch of sea salt
Preparation
1. Cut open each date on one side, being careful not to puncture through to the other side. Remove the pit if not already pitted.
2. Drizzle peanut butter into each date.
3. Chop walnuts into 4-5 pieces each and add a few pieces inside each date.
4. Melt the chocolate with coconut oil.
5. Use a toothpick to hold each date together, then cover them in the melted chocolate.
6. Top each bite with a pinch of sea salt.
7. Freeze for 2 hours or until fully hardened.
