Almond Carrot Top Pesto

Ingredients

1/2 Jicama
1 bell pepper
2 small cucumbers
1 cup of cherry tomatoes
1 mango
1 avocado
1 tbsp olive oil
2 punches of salt
Juice of 1 lime

Preparation

1. Finely dice all the ingredients into uniform cubes.
2. Drizzle olive oil, add salt, and squeeze fresh lime juice over the diced ingredients.
3. Gently mix the ingredients until well combined.
