Elevate Your Roasted Vegetable Game With These Maple Zaatar Carrots

Coated in a sweet and tangy maple glaze and seasoned with earthy za’atar, these carrots strike the perfect balance between comfort food and elevated cuisine. Ideal as a side dish or the star of your plant-based meal. Carrots are naturally rich in beta-carotene, which supports eye health and immunity, while the za’atar adds an aromatic blend of thyme, sesame, and sumac for bold flavor. The maple glaze caramelizes as the carrots roast, creating a beautifully golden dish that’s as visually stunning as it is delicious. Perfect for entertaining or spicing up weeknight dinners.
