Breakfast or desert sweet treat
When I was on my weight loss journey, I was constantly searching for satisfying savory snacks. I created this bananas foster like peanut butter toast on my quest and once you try this there is no going back. The gooey warm bananas are next level, pair it with the melted peanut butter and bubbling maple syrup, and then adding the vegan chocolate chips on top… it truly is a chef's kiss concoction. Ingredients
1 slice of toast
1 sliced banana
1 tbsp peanut butter
2 tsp maple syrup
1 - 2 tsp vegan chocolate chips
Preparation
1.Layer peanut butter, bananas, and maple syrup onto the toast.
2. Air fry at 390°F for 3-4 minutes until the maple syrup begins to bubble. Then sprinkle on the chocolate chips.
