Ingredients
1 cup vegan chocolate chips
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 cup pomegranate
2 tbsp coconut flakes
Preparation
1. Melt chocolate and coconut oil in microwave (or on stove).
2. Spoon a small layer of chocolate onto a sheet with parchment paper. Then spoon the pomegranate onto the chocolate.
3. Cover the pomegranate with a drizzle of chocolate and top with coconut flakes.
4. Put in freezer for 20 minutes and enjoy!
