Indulge in Taco Tuesday with these shredded �chicken� tofu tacos! A quick and easy alternative to traditional shredded chicken, this recipe requires tofu, seasoning, and a touch of olive oil to achieve the perfect texture. Elevate your tacos with your preferred toppings for a delightful meal!

Almond Carrot Top Pesto

Ingredients

1/2 block super firm tofu
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tbsp olive oil
3 small corn tortillas

Toppings:
Salsa
Tomatoes
Avocado
Cilantro
Juice of half a lime

Preparation

1. Remove tofu from the package, wrap it in a towel, and place a heavy object on top to press out excess moisture.
2. Shred the tofu using a cheese shredder. Add seasoning and olive oil, then mix until combined.
3. Place the seasoned tofu on a lined baking sheet and bake at 400�F (200�C) for 7-10 minutes or until it turns golden.
4. Assemble your tacos with the prepared shredded �chicken� tofu and your favorite toppings. Squeeze lime juice over the tacos and enjoy your delicious creation!
