Ingredients
3 tbsp vegan butter
1 white onion
4 cloves of minced garlic
3 tbsp vegan flour
4 cups vegetable stock
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp fresh sage minced
1 tbsp fresh thyme minced
1 tbsp fresh Rosemary minced
1 tsp poultry seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Preparation
1. Melt butter in a pan, then add onion and garlic until translucent, roughly 3 minutes.
2. Pour in the flour until the onion and garlic is fully coated, you want a crumbly texture.
3. Then slowly add the vegetable stock stirring frequently until it is fully combined.
4. Layer in the soy sauce, fresh herbs, and additional seasoning. Mix until combined.
5. Add additional flour to thicken or vegetable stock to thin. Enjoy!
