Ingredients
1 can of cannellini beans (rinsed)
1 container of tomatoes
6 cloves of garlic
1 medium white onion
3 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup packed basil
A piece of sourdough bread
Preparation
1. Heat olive oil in a pan. Once hot, add minced garlic and onion, saut�ing until translucent for approximately 3 minutes.
2. Add whole tomatoes to the pan and cover with a lid. Allow the tomatoes to cook until they begin to burst. Then add rinsed cannellini beans.
3. Continue cooking uncovered until the desired consistency is achieved. Season with shredded basil, salt, and pepper to taste. Serve and relish the flavors!
