The best way to start the week
After a weekend of going out late, catching up with friends, and indulging in sweet and savory treats, I am always craving something clean and refreshing come Monday. That’s why I started making simple spirits that are refreshing, bright, and bold.
Fresh herbs, ginger, and lemon are always a staple in my kitchen! If you don’t have rosemary try swapping out with mint or basil, which would also bring a great flavor to this mocktail!

Ingredients
1. Add rosemary leaves to the shaker. Then grate in the ginger and add juice of half a lemon.
2. Muddle ingredients until the rosemary leaves begin to break down, about 1 minute.
3. Add ice to a glass and pour over mixture. Then fill class with sparking water.
4. Garnish with fresh rosemary.
1 sprig of rosemary
1 knob of ginger
Juice of half a lemon
4 oz. La Croix (sparking water)
Garnish with fresh rosemary or herbs
